Naga Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
Cooking Time: 30 Mins
- For the Mashed Potatoes: 1.5 pounds Yukon Gold or russet potatoes (peeled and chopped) 1/4 cup heavy cream (warmed) 2 tbsp butter (softened) Salt to taste
- To Stir In: 1 tbsp Auntie Rana’s Naga Garlic Mayo (added at the end for a silky, rich finish)
- For the Garnish: Chopped chives or parsley (optional)
- Seasoning: Salt and black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions
- Boil the Potatoes: Place 1.5 pounds of peeled and cubed Yukon Gold or russet potatoes in a large pot. Cover with cold water, add a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil. Cook for 15–20 minutes, or until fork-tender.
- Drain and Mash: Drain the potatoes thoroughly, then mash them in the pot or transfer them to a bowl.
- Add Naga Garlic Mayo: Mix in 1 tbsp of Auntie Rana’s Naga Garlic Mayo for a spicy and smoky kick.
- Incorporate Butter and Milk: Add 2 tbsp softened butter and 1/4 cup warmed milk or cream, stirring until smooth. Gradually add more milk to reach your preferred consistency.
- Season to Taste: Add salt and pepper, adjusting as needed to balance the flavors.
- Serve and Garnish: Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions or parsley for a fresh finish.
